Is anxiety, stress, fear or overwhelm keeping you from enjoying your life or fulfilling your goals?

It is often the case that something happened to you in the past to create a block, a limiting belief, or an emotional wound. It could even be something you’ve forgotten about which is now disguised as anxiety, anger, fear or low self-esteem. None of us were born with these feelings, and none of us should need to make do or accept that this is life. With Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) we can gently remove these difficult feelings, find the root cause of the problem and release it permanently.

With EFT you can release and remove limiting beliefs, take charge and allow yourself to shine in your truest, most authentic form.

Together, we will use tapping, energy psychology and coaching techniques to work safely and methodically through each block. You can overcome sabotaging beliefs and insecurities, get rid of crippling phobias, boost self-esteem and self-confidence and find compassion for yourself and those around you. These powerful practical tools help my clients clear limiting beliefs and blocks that may be holding them back in life.   • Are you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, or have you already hit the point of burnout? If you're struggling to recover emotionally and professionally, EFT can help you regain your confidence and self-trust while addressing the underlying "success beliefs" that may have played a role in your burnout. Enabling you to move forward, with greater resilience and self-assurance from a place of calm with much less force. With EFT I have helped clients back to work and to maintain boundaries with ease, they have rediscovered their love for their work and their colleagues as they’re able to more effortlessly protect their energy levels.

  • Are you stepping up into a new management or leadership role? Do you want to nail it, but also feel daunted? EFT can help clear away negative beliefs that may be holding you back, clear self-doubt, build confidence, and change unhelpful thought patterns at a core level to make permanent shifts as we break unhelpful neurological pathways to allow space to create new expansive ways of being...     Or perhaps it’s not gone the way you’d hoped and you’ve found yourself out of work; either through redundancy or a freelance role has ended sooner than planned. EFT can help remove the layers of fear and low self-worth that may creep in. Or perhaps anger, sadness or loss. Clearing away these feelings can allow space for new opportunities to come in from a place of ease and openness, not panic and force.

  • No one wants to admit to feelings of low self-worth, or ‘I’m not good enough’ but it’s one of the biggest issues I see in clients, you are not alone. You may not know where this has come from, or when this first appeared in your life but with Clinical EFT we use gentle techniques to peel back the cognitive layers to discover the memories that may have supported this belief. We will work together to remove them and effortlessly create new neurological pathways so you can feel good enough and feel empowered to make better choices in your personal, romantic relationships or work life.

  • Sometimes losing a loved one can come with so many more emotions, as well as deep grief. There's often sadness, guilt and anger for actions or words said or unsaid. Having lost my own Father at 20 years old, I understand the many layers of grief and the unfolding experience that can change with time. You can still feel loss many years later as you grow throughout life and miss their presence.

    I will hold space for you and work with you using EFT to gently process all stages of grief to release it from your body’s energetic system.

  • You may have experienced years of emotional or physical abuse. Or something more specific such as a car accident, redundancy, an attack or receiving bad news. All of these can leave a lasting imprint often leading to negative self-perceptions and limiting beliefs. EFT can provide a powerful approach to releasing traumatic memories and beliefs that may be holding individuals back from healing and moving forward.

    I often hear clients say “But there are hundreds of times this happened! How will we ever work through them all?”. With Clinical EFT there is what we call ‘the generalisation effect’, if we can knock a few specific events out, the mind recognises the similarities and the whole thing can collapse, bringing incredible emotional freedom from something that may have lasted years.

    NB: There is new scientific evidence that shows if you treat trauma within a 10-day period of the event you can eliminate it from forming into a lifetime of PTSD. After 10 days the synapses in the brain form and set.

  • While we sometimes feel fear when we are in true danger, it’s also common to feel fear when we are under no real threat. We can feel fear when we need to speak in public, when we are at the doctor’s office, when we get on an airplane, or when we encounter a spider in our bathroom, for example. Sometimes, we develop fears so intense that they can become debilitating, changing how we experience life, reducing opportunities and creating barriers.

    EFT can gently and effectively break down the layers to release phobias and fears, sometimes relief can be found in just one session. A deep dive of 3-4 sessions however can remove fears for good.

  • EFT is a powerful tool for addressing performance anxiety, presentations, pitches, and public speaking. Moreover, EFT can be easily learned and self-administered, providing individuals with a practical and empowering tool to use in real-time situations.
